  • Handle travel- or hospitality-related customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with bookings, reservations, rebookings, cancellations, or itinerary updates
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous solutions regarding flights, accommodations, or service policies
  • Ensure high satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and adhere to company compliance guidelines

المتطلبات

  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
  • With minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holiday work
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
