- Coordinate with TikTok KOLs (creators/influencers) for campaign execution, product sampling, and deliverables
- Manage inquiries and provide timely support to creators and partners
- Track KOL performance, content output, and ensure deliverables are met
- Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to align campaign goals and strategies
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on product knowledge and platform policies to assist accurately
- Log and document all communications and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Work with the team to enhance creator satisfaction and campaign success
- Comply with all internal company standards, protocols, and procedures
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Tools or Creator Center
- E-commerce, MCN, or digital marketing background is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms and tracking tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on a shifting schedule
