• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, and confirm appointments
• Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups
• Maintain patient files while upholding HIPAA regulations
• Prepare and distribute medical reports

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, college level, or college graduate
• Experience not required; background in a healthcare account is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
