Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, and emails related to telco services.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
• Provide technical support for mobile, internet, and landline services.
• Troubleshoot common connectivity and device issues with step-by-step guidance.
• Process service activations, upgrades, and disconnections as needed.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level.
• Previous customer service or telco-related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile phones, internet, and network services.
• Customer-focused, patient, and able to handle challenging situations.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
