About the Role

As a CSR (Voice), you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers. This is a full-time, on-site role in Clark, Pampanga, where you will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and address inquiries professionally
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and effective manner
• Explain product features, functions, and service options to customers
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams
• Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and overall service experience
