The CSR for a Telco Sales Account is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while actively promoting and selling telecommunications products and services. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing account-related requests, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell telco solutions such as mobile plans, broadband, TV packages, and value-added services.


Customer Service

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chat, or email inquiries related to telco products, billing, service activation, upgrades, and technical concerns.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to customers.
  • Resolve issues such as service interruptions, device setup, SIM activation, roaming concerns, and general account assistance.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Sales & Upselling.

Qualifications

  • Open to any educational attainment.
  • No experience needed.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules and fast-paced environments.
  • Virtual Hiring Process.
  • Paid Training.


Earn up to ₱19,000- 29,000 per month with allowance + incentives and HMO.
