Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice calls from international healthcare members and providers professionally and efficiently
• Assist callers with benefits inquiries, eligibility verification, claims status, billing concerns, and general account information
• Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic responses, especially when dealing with sensitive healthcare-related concerns
• Document call interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare processes, policies, and tools through ongoing training

Qualifications:

• With good to excellent English communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite, night shift, and shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP
