Sagility is looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our LEXXUS Provider Medicare account in Alabang. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by handling Medicare-related inquiries, explaining coverage and benefits, and delivering accurate information while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle provider inquiries related to Medicare coverage, claims, and benefits
• Provide accurate and clear information while maintaining confidentiality
• Analyze concerns and offer effective solutions
• Document interactions correctly and completely
• Meet quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals

Qualifications

• College Graduate, with or without experience
• OR Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months work experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
