Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide solutions, thereby maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image.
• Handle Inquiries related to product recommendations, feature explanations, and functional guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and work towards a timely resolution, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain Accurate documentation of customer interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• College Graduate in any major; candidates with a STEM background or prior Call Center experience are preferred.
• College level with Call Center experience
• Prior experience in data annotation is a plus but not required
• Advanced typing skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM required.
• Amenable to onsite setup and night shift
• Must be available to work night shift hours from 10PM to 7AM.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation, with the ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.
• Training is provided to help you succeed in the role.
