  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
  • Coordinate with service, sales, and finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and CRM tools
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
