Act as first point of contact, providing exemplary customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and process orders/returns in a timely manner.
Maintain intimate knowledge of company policies and services to offer accurate assistance.
Build lasting relationships with clients, enhancing the image of Driven Manpower Corporation in the HR & Recruitment sphere.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.

المتطلبات

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Providing product and service information. Documenting customer interactions and transactions.
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work. Shift work may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and resilient. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
