الوصف

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong customer service skills, effective scheduling abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork oriented, and basic account management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain accurate account records.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic listener, adaptable, and proactive team player.
