About the Role:

We’re seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails related to retail products and services.
• Assist customers with order inquiries, billing, returns, product availability, and account issues.
• Provide accurate and timely information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level.
• With or without BPO experience (training will be provided).
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
