- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.

- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Primarily call center environment with shifts as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customers.
