الوصف

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School education is required.
  • Experience Level: Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to function as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, patient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
