  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Morning shift on rotating schedule

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer contact management. Preferred Sales and/or Automotive experience
  • Can consider: Cannot be lower than 1 year experience, with sales retention background
  • Excellent communication skills
