- Aces Solar Energy, a leader in the Power & Energy sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to solar energy products and services.
- Provide information on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate clients on solar installation processes and benefits.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, organizational skills, sales pitching and closure, knowledge of sales pipeline, and call center experience.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inquiries, promote products, and maintain customer satisfaction.
