JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles customer inquiries and requests through email and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provides accurate information regarding products, services, billing, orders, or account concerns
• Handles client inquiries via email and phone regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules
• Coordinates with operations, warehouse, trucking, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates
• Updates shipment records in the logistics system and ensures data accuracy
