• Completed Senior High School or a Bachelor’s Degree holder

• With or without customer service work experience

• Ability to communicate in English effectively

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Must be dynamic and open to new learnings

• Willing to work on a night shift

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Talk to customers over the telephone, present software value, and promptly recognize clients’ needs

• Solve routine and complex problems using provided information sources or through conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision

• Recognize problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with minimal supervision

• Work closely with the Supervisor on matters requiring escalation to the appropriate internal authority and issues needing immediate attention and resolution; provide special reports to the Supervisor as needed

• Take ownership of assigned cases, including documentation, follow-up calls, and maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
