Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a team, strong work ethic, call center experience preferred, back office support skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work including evenings and weekends.
