Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (Freshers welcome!)
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handles inbound calls for a home security service provider
• Assists customers with account inquiries, billing, and service requests
• Provides basic troubleshooting for alarm systems and security devices
• Guides customers on system usage, upgrades, and scheduling technicians
• Ensures customer safety concerns are addressed accurately and promptly
