About the Role:

Join our dynamic Telecommunications Sales team! We're looking for driven individuals who can assist customers with their telco needs and offer products/services that provide real value. No BPO experience? No problem—we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, or email.

-Assist with billing, plan upgrades, troubleshooting, and account concerns.

-Promote and recommend telco products and services.

-Achieve target sales metrics.

-Accurately document customer interactions.

-Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

-Open to ANY educational attainment.

-No BPO experience required.

-Strong English communication skills.

-Willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.

-Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

-Sales experience (any field) is a plus but not required.
