We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support when necessary
• Maintain proper call documentation and follow company policies
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• With minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Offers 40k signing Bonus!)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
