- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Remote work environment, flexible hours, may require weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
