Requirements

• Atleast Senior High School Graduate (K–12)
• Minimum 6 months CSR/BPO voice experience
• Amenable to onsite work in Cebu and shifting schedules

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
