Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answering questions and providing information about internet plans, services, and billing. 
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, slow speeds, and other service disruptions. 
• Account Management: Processing new service activations, upgrades, downgrades, and account changes. 
• Complaint Resolution: Handling and resolving customer complaints about service quality, pricing, or technical problems.
