المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: With 6 months of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in customer service standards.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, proactive, and able to handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
