A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

• High School Graduate / SHS / College Level or Graduate
• With or without BPO experience 
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
