Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues
• Document interactions clearly in the system
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors virtually

At least 1yr or 6months BPO Experience and Taga Cebu City or Near Cebu City bawal ang taga ibang probinsya pakibasa maigi

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduates preferred)
• With 1yr BPO/call center experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate and familiar with basic software tools
• Has a quiet and dedicated work-from-home setup (laptop/desktop, stable internet, headset)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed
