  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide product or service information clearly and concisely
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

المتطلبات

  • High School Graduate (Senior High School) or College level
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • No BPO Experience can apply
  • Can work ONSITE
