Location: Philippines - Angeles, Pampanga

Schedule: Night Shift

This is a work from office role based in Angeles City

As a Telemarketer, you will be instrumental in engaging potential leads and driving successful outcomes for our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects based on lead lists provided by the Lead Researcher.
• Tailor scripts and messaging according to the campaign objectives and target audience.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, focusing on generating content syndication or webinar registration leads, BANT leads, and appointments.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to prospects.
• Document all interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Qualification and requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone and build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving monthly lead generation targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience doing this role at a competitor, e.g. CallBox, DemandScience, etc
