The Role involves direct communication with clients via email, inbound and outbound phone calls, and live chat, as well as CRM case handling and coordination with internal departments. Applicants must be confident in managing calls and callbacks as part of their daily responsibilities. Role 1: CSR – UK, EU & South Africa Support

In this role, you’ll be supporting customers based in the UK, Europe, and South Africa. This includes responding to emails, managing live chats, and confidently handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Previous experience working with international customers
• Ability to work with UK time zones
• French-speaking individuals will be considered an asset
