Overview:
Lead and manage an India-based team (around 4-pax) to deliver premium support and engagement for VIP users and key agents. Drive user retention and monetization through personalized services and strategic partnerships.
Design and implement tiered VIP engagement strategies for high-value users.
Manage agent relationships, including commission schemes, incentive programs, and performance tracking.
Train and oversee the BPO team in delivering premium services such as exclusive matching and high-touch dispute resolution.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to guide feature optimization, particularly in livestream and 1v1 chat functions.
Conduct quarterly visits to India to align with the local team and strengthen operational execution.
المتطلبات
Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in social or entertainment platforms.
Strong understanding of Indian cultural nuances and the behavior patterns of premium users.
Proven experience managing offshore or cross-cultural teams effectively.
Proficient in business English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
