We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with product editing on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic image or content editing abilities, and experience in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, refunds, and returns.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide accurate and helpful product recommendations to boost sales.

Content & Product Editing:

• Edit and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure product images, videos, and details are accurate and appealing.
• Optimize product titles and descriptions for better visibility and search ranking.

• Monitor and update stock availability and promotions.

Other Duties:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Follow e-commerce platform guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve store content and engagement.

• Education: At least a high school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• Experience: Preferably 1+ year in customer service, chat support, or e-commerce operations. Experience in chat support, customer service, or e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Skills:

1. Excellent written communication in English and/or local language.
2. Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller centers.
3. Basic knowledge of photo or video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail, especially in proofreading and content editing.
6. Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.Familiarity with online selling, product listings, and customer engagement strategies.
7. Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
