- Contact clients to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and provide guidance on resolving outstanding debts.
- Visit clients in person to collect payments, issue receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments received, and client communications, and prepare reports for management.
