- Conduct thorough credit investigations and property appraisals as part of credit evaluation
- Perform various administrative tasks related to credit and loan processing
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule collection activities in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to investigations and appraisals
- Support the credit and collections team in day-to-day operational functions
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a financing company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Computer literate and capable of handling documentation and reporting
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Knowledgeable in conducting credit investigations and appraisals of chattel and real estate properties
