Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies that align with brand voice and business goals.
• Supervise and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Present creative concepts to executive management, articulating vision and rationale.
• Oversee production processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines and budget.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and cultural movements to inform and inspire innovation.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
• Background in video production, animation, or photography.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
