Lead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies that align with brand voice and business goals.
Supervise and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Present creative concepts to executive management, articulating vision and rationale.
Oversee production processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines and budget.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and cultural movements to inform and inspire innovation.

5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
Background in video production, animation, or photography.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
