Position Overview:

We are seeking an efficient, enthusiastic, and strategic Creative Manager to lead our brand’s creative direction and execution. This role plays a vital part in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and high-impact visuals across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering creative solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end creative development process—from concept to final execution—for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all creative outputs align with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Produce compelling designs and content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production teams as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints.
• Drive innovation and creativity in design while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and provide creative solutions that support cross-functional needs.
• Stay updated on trends in design, branding, advertising, and consumer behavior—especially within the consumer electronics industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong background in branding, advertising, creative direction, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in creative signage, layout design, and social media content creation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mindset.
• Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig.
