KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Leadership

● Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign strategy.

● Lead design execution across digital, print, and motion formats.

● Uphold consistency of brand identity across all outputs.

Design Execution

● Create scroll-stopping multimedia assets, including social media creatives, video graphics, key visuals, and campaign decks.

● Apply AI-driven tools and techniques to accelerate workflows, enhance design quality, and explore innovative outputs.

● Ensure all deliverables are optimized for multiple platforms and devices.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

● Partner with Strategy, Accounts, and Production to interpret briefs and deliver solutions.

● Contribute design expertise to brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

● Support pitch decks, presentation design, and client-facing creative deliverables.

Process & Growth

● Manage timelines, workloads, and deliverables across multiple projects.

● Stay updated on trends in design, motion, typography, AI in design, and emerging creative tech.

● Mentor junior designers by sharing techniques, feedback, and industry best practices.

WORK EXPERIENCE

● 3–5 years of progressive experience in multimedia design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

● Demonstrated ability to lead and provide creative direction to a team of Junior Multimedia Designers.

● Proven experience producing high-quality visual content across digital, print, and video platforms.

● Experience designing and building presentation decks for client proposals and internal pitches.

● Solid track record of managing projects from concept to execution within deadlines.

● Experience working in hybrid or digital-first organizations preferred.

REQUIRED

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work, including static, motion, and video design.

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

● Strong eye for visual composition, typography, and motion design.

● Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

● Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT prompting for copy/ideation, other AI tools).

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required, But Valued)

● Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or basic 3D software.

● Knowledge in basic animation or motion graphics beyond Adobe Suite, and AI in creative workflows.

● Experience collaborating directly with strategy or accounts teams on campaign rollout.
