المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in cost engineering or project control.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with project management software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost estimates, track project expenses, analyze financial performance, and provide forecasts.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, but may require site visits for project evaluations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
