Analyzes and tracks costs associated with manufacturing processes and operations, providing insights to improve cost-efficiency and inform decision-making within an organization. 

• Cost Analysis & Tracking:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret cost data related to raw materials, labor, inventory, and other operational expenses. 
• Identify cost drivers and areas for potential cost reduction. 
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual costs to budgeted costs. 
• Maintain accurate records of costs and expenses. 

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in developing and maintaining budgets. 
• Prepare cost forecasts and projections. 
• Monitor actual costs against budgets and identify any deviations. 

• Cost Control & Improvement:
• Develop and implement cost-control systems and procedures. 
• Identify and recommend cost-saving measures. 
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. 

• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on costs, budgets, and performance. 
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
• Present findings and recommendations to management. 

• Other Duties:
• Establish standard costs for products and services. 
• Review and maintain the general ledger and balance sheets. 
• Provide support to other accounting and finance staff. 
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. 

• With Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Experience with accounting software and financial analysis
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related fields
• CPA is a plus
