- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), proficient in financial management, financial modeling, accounting receivable and payable, field accounting, current account accounting, CMA, and cost accounting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost analyses, manage financial reporting, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with potential overtime during financial close periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
