JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in business administration or any related field
• With 3 to 5 years’ experience in General Affairs or Administrative work
• Knowledgeable in PEZA, DOLE, BI
• With experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Track and control office-related expenses.
• Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
