We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderators to join our team in BGC, Taguig. The role involves reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets platform policies, safety guidelines, and community standards. You will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for users while providing excellent customer support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and moderate content (text, images, videos, or profiles) following internal policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates safety or community guidelines.
• Respond to user inquiries or reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain high attention to detail when making judgment calls on content decisions.
• Escalate critical or questionable cases to senior staff or leadership for review.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Qualifications:

• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience (BPO, customer-facing, or combined)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content when needed
• Good judgment and critical thinking skills
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
