The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

       • Content Creation: Create engaging and professional YouTube, Instagram, TikTok videos to promote products. Ensure content aligns with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok trends and platform guidelines.

• Promotion: Highlight product features, creatively showcase benefits, and authentically engage your audience to drive interest and sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales/marketing team to ensure video content meets branding and marketing objectives.
• Optimization: Use your understanding of YouTube, Instagran, TikTok’s or other social media algorithms and trends to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Assist in monitoring and summarizing competitive promotional activity to understand market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to brainstorming and suggesting creative marketing ideas, including trade marketing and promotional strategies.
• Support new product launch activities by gathering data and assisting with basic sales and profit analysis.
• Develop and execute content ideas for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
• Support the execution of brand strategies by aligning with team goals and providing input for marketing plans.
• Deeply understand targeted U.S consumers to deliver insight-led brand plans and communication campaigns.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and documentation using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing assistant within U.S industry and passion
• Experience creating compelling YouTube, Instagram, TikTok videos(Shorts) with a focus on driving engagement or sales.
• Familiarity with social media reels/short-form video trends and ability to pivot content strategy as needed.
• Proactive and results-oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial and relationships-driven environment
• Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms
• Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools relevant to marketing, such as Chat GPT, content creation tools, and automation software.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms is a plus.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Submit an NBI clearance.
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Driver’s License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport)
• Work from home: The camera must be turned on for meeting. Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)
• Internet subscription/speed: At least 30 Mbps (DSL/Fiber only)
• A portfolio showcasing your marketing work, social media video content, and any AI tool applications, must be submitted with your application.
