Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that promote the company’s construction projects, services, and reputation. This role focuses on creating professional, informative, and visually compelling content that helps audiences get to know the company across digital platforms by producing captivating content that promotes the company’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Project Documentation

• Create digital content showcasing captivating features that promote the company’s services, projects, work lifestyles, and more.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for promotional publication.
• Produce professional marketing materials such as project profiles, case studies, and service highlights.
• Ensure all content reflects company branding, safety compliance, and industry professionalism while maintaining engaging content.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms (website, social media, company phone, and online listings).
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote construction services, project completions, and company achievements.
• Optimize digital content for visibility and audience reach within the construction and engineering market.

Social Media & Corporate Communications

• Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Publish regular updates on project developments, company announcements, and industry-related content.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries professionally in coordination with management.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor digital performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead inquiries.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing activities and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations to improve digital visibility and brand positioning.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers to gather accurate content.
• Ensure all published materials comply with company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support marketing needs for company events, expos, and client presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing or content creation is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial industries is an advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and professional networking channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology, project documentation, and safety practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with website content management systems and analytics tools.
