·        Assisting technicians during maintenance and servicing

·        Handling tools, equipment, and materials

·        Performing basic cleaning, testing, and inspection of devices

·        Supporting general tasks at the job site

·        At least high school graduate

·        Willing to learn and work on-site

·        Physically fit and safety-conscious

·        Experience in technical or construction work is a plus
