الوصف

Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Attend meeting with the client, coordinate with Engineers, and Person In Charge, Supplier to ensure target completion is met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
Resolve unforeseen issues and implement solutions.
Lead and mentor project teams.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
Working Conditions: Primarily field-based, requires site visits and some office work.
Location: Office is based in Las Pinas City; Projects are in NCR, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite and Baguio.
