1. Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project

2. Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns that they may help.

3. Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.

4. Monitors and controls project performance.

5. Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.

6. Prepares and submits project operating plan.

1. Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering

2. Has strong leadership skills and ability to track progress and quality of work being performed by design and trades

3. Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, Billing

Experience:

Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Construction Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Kitchen and Modular Cabinet: 3 years (Preferred)
